The EVS Solder Recovery System Ranges

The EVS Solder Recovery Systems provide a fast, simple and cost-effective recovery solution of your solder from waste wave solder dross, accommodating lead or lead-free operations, all on your shop floor. The process, once started by the operator, automatically drains the solder into the solder tray in the form of ingots, which are easily placed back into your solder pot. The left-over dross is automatically deposited through a chute into a covered bin, reducing the operators handling of the spent dross as the machine does this itself. The fumes are extracted via a high efficiency standalone filter box, so there are no smells or smoke being released into your workspace.

The EVS Systems are easy to use and utilises the existing staff on your shop floor. Once the EVS System has reached operating temperature and the start button has been pushed, no further operator intervention is required until the solder ingots are ready to be removed, which is prompted by the machines display.

Built in safety devices stop the machines operation if the cover is lifted, or the solder tray is not in position. There are also locks on each machine so that once the cycle has started, the loading hatch or solder tray door cannot be opened. An emergency stop button is also fitted for convenience and additional safety.
